Nutrition:
A good source of Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Copper, and a great source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Potassium and Manganese.

Taste: 
Changes with variety of tomato. Cherry Tomatoes are generally very sweet and can feel like eating a juicy candy.

Uses:
Eaten whole popped in your mouth, cut up into salads, baked with olive oil...

Substitutions:
Other varieties of tomatoes.

Storage:
Only refrigerate if they look to be going bad as refrigeration causes tomatoes to lose flavor and go mushy. Store in a bowl on your kitchen counter.
